I'd used these happily for a couple of years until my last order, when I discovered that 7th Gen not only reduced the number of wipes per package but also significantly decreased the size of each wipe to the point that it becomes much harder to keep one's own hands clean when using them. And of course, this results in more wipes being used-- hence, even more expensive and also less green. So I'm switching brands.

I'm bothered that 7th Generation is not holding true to their "Earth-Friendly" image in favor of corporate profits. They recently significantly decreased the value for this product by changing the number of wipes from 80 to 70. I've been using these wipes for a few years, and I like them well enough (although they do smell slightly odd). I think I'll switch to Earth's Best. 7th Gen also put fewer diapers (and made them smaller to boot--so I had to go a size up) in their size 3 diapers about a year ago. I used to think 7th Gen. was genuinely concerned about the environment, but like much of corporate America, is just a sell-out. What a disappointment.

I enjoy the product and have used for years now. However; I ordered from Amazon in August and still have not received my order despite several communication emails with Earth Parents. When I did receive a package in October, it was an empty box. Earth parents still has not reimbursed or re-sent another box. This has been an aggravation that is not usually the case with good companies.

I have been using the Seventh Generation baby wipes for over two years and I love them. I see that Seventh Generation has changed their packaging and I am wondering if they have also changed their product? I may just be over-tired or half crazed since I am constantly dealing with a two year old and a two month old, (I probably am both of those things anyway:-)) I do think these wipes seem a hair thinner than the ones in the former packaging. I will admit the difference is slight and the company probably thought barely noticeable, but since I go through about a case of wipes a month (wiping a lot of butts over here!) I do notice a difference. No real big deal but if you do not seal the flap back on the package, your wipes will DEFINITELY dry out...and fast. I still love the product and it is definitely head and shoulders above the other wipes with chemicals and annoying fragrances. I would still recommend these to anyone who wipes a lot of butts and other body parts like me on a daily...okay hourly basis.

I recently switched from this product to Pampers Sensitive wipes because these wipes aren't that effective. The main reason is that they aren't that wet to begin with, and what little moisture (wiping power) they have in the beginning quickly dries up after a few days.
